Back in the summer we were thrilled to take part in a gorgeous styled wedding photoshoot at Pauntley Court. Hosted by the venue and Katrina Bartlam Photography, a team of talented wedding suppliers came together to create a beautiful intimate wedding weekend, offering valuable inspiration for an English summer wedding. 

Pauntley Court is a stunning historic country house and wedding venue in Gloucestershire, England and is the birth place of Dick Whittington. Located in Redmarley D'Abitot this beautiful venue is perfect for intimate wedding weekends through to larger scale weddings of 100 guests or more. 

The Day Before Your Wedding

Arriving on the Friday before your Saturday wedding day. Pauntley Court offers you and your loved ones the option to enjoy an afternoon of games, such as tennis, croquet, and petanque, followed by a wonderful pre-wedding dinner in the evening. You will have the exclusive use of the house and grounds, providing an enchanting and private setting for your pre-wedding celebrations.

Your family and friends can relax and chat in the lavender-scented Walled Garden and enjoy sumptuous alfresco dining experience on the terrace. Pauntley Court can help you arrange a private chef, food truck or wedding caterer to help you create your perfect pre wedding dinner.   Up to 24 guests can dine on The Terrace in the Walled Garden, before retiring to one of the 10 beautiful bedrooms in the house. 

The Morning of Your Wedding Day

On the morning of your wedding day at Pauntley Court, wake up to the sound of birdsong and gaze out at the rolling English countryside. Enjoy the truly magical atmosphere of the house as you prepare for your special day.

After Your Wedding Ceremony

After the magic of your wedding ceremony, either at the local church, in the house or grounds of Pauntley Court. Take the opportunity, during cocktail hour, to walk around the incredible gardens as a newly married couple and let your love be captured in the stunning scenic setting by your photographer. 

Your Wedding Breakfast  

Savor the beauty of your intimate wedding breakfast in the elegant Ballroom. Your wedding breakfast meal will be tailored to your exact specifications, ensuring that it is truly unforgettable.
