Do you offer a price list?
It is very difficult to offer a price list per se, as each of our beautiful cake and dessert tables have so many variables bespoke to each couple. We take into account the number of servings, the complexity of design and style elements, and level of service the couple choose.
Sometimes a highly decorated smaller cake may take longer to create than a larger one, and therefore, will be a higher price.
We bake a number of different sized cakes and we will always try to present a few possible variations for you to choose from.
However, as a guide our wonderful wedding cake prices tend to range between £5.00 - £45.00 per portion.
Can we talk to you about our wedding cake ideas first?
Yes! We would be delighted to talk to you first. We host cake consultations via telephone or zoom, as well as private in person consultations. We’ll guide you through your wedding cake / dessert table options such as size, shape, flavour, number of portions, decoration and level of detail.

Can we taste your cakes before we book?
Absolutely, you are welcome to order a delicious Tasting Box prior to booking from our website shop here.
The Tasting Boxes are a wonderful experience to have at home with your selves, or friends and family. They are sent direct to your chosen address via Royal Mail.
Do you offer delivery?
We are delighted to offer expert hand delivery and wedding cake set up service to venues and private homes across the Cotswolds, UK and abroad.
Depending on the cake design, the size of cake and the timings on the day, we will organise for either a single Cake Stylist or a team of Cake Stylists to set up and dress the cake on site.
How do we book a Vanilla Pod Bakery wedding cake?
To secure your wedding cake booking we ask for a non refundable deposit of £350.00.
The remaining balance is then due in full one month prior to your wedding date
How far in advance should we book our cake?
The Vanilla Pod Bakery only takes on a limited number of wedding cakes per year and open our books 6 months in advance of couple’s wedding dates.
Can we collect our wedding cake?
I am afraid we only offer a delivery and set up first. Due to the fragile nature of wedding cakes, we like to ensure everything is set up perfectly before we leave.
How long as the Vanilla Pod Bakery been trading?
Pia Cato launched the Vanilla Pod Bakery back in 2009 after winning her University’s business plan competition.
