Flavours:
Sticky Toffee - Traditional sticky toffee sponge with a core toffee sauce, decorated with a swirl toffee buttercream, finished with a drizzle of toffee sauce and topped with chopped dates.
Jam Roly Poly - Madagascan vanilla sponge with baked in strawberry jam, decorated with a swirl of custard flavoured buttercream, finished with a slice of Swiss role and berry sprinkles.
Spotted Dick - Dried fruit sponge, with a hint of lemon zest, decorated with a swirl of custard flavour buttercream, finished with a drizzle of white chocolate ganache and topped with dried fruit.
